Where It All Began

Over 20 years ago, I was a first-grade teacher with a passion for literacy and math—and a big dream. I began designing take-home thematic literacy and math bags to help my students practice key skills in fun, hands-on ways. These bags included books, games, and activities that made learning engaging at home as well as in the classroom.

Soon, what started as a personal classroom project became something bigger. Encouraged by fellow educators and families, I opened this little store and began sewing tote bags late into the night—balancing my love of teaching with my passion for creating meaningful learning tools.

How Our Store Has Grown

While I’ve since put away the sewing machine, I’ve never stopped creating. Over the years, I’ve continued teaching kindergarten and first grade. That classroom experience has shaped every resource I offer today. I make sure each one is:
